I studied at the University of Hertfordshire and qualified as a physiotherapist in 2005. After qualifying I worked as a rotational physiotherapist at Southend University Hospital and specialised in Musculoskeletal Outpatient Physiotherapy for 11 years.

I have also previously worked in paediatrics, rheumatology, pain management, completed APPI mat work Pilates, antenatal and postnatal care and taught classes privately in a group and one-to-one basis.

I joined Spire healthcare in 2008 specialising in Musculoskeletal Outpatients and also work on the Orthopaedic Surgical inpatient ward.
