Specialises in

I have been a consultant since 2002 at East Lancashire Teaching Hospital. I am a fellowship trained foot and ankle surgeon. I practice modern and state of the art techniques in my specialty including minimally invasive techniques and ankle replacement.

I am a fully trained trauma and orthopaedic surgeon with a special interest in adult foot and ankle disorders. This includes ankle ligament and sports injuries, turf toe, bunion, stiff toe, heel pain among others.

On average I preform 550-600 surgical procedures. I see approximately 3,000 patients per year in my various clinics. I am qualified in various types of non-surgical aesthetic procedures including Botox and fillers.

In addition to practicing this specialty, I am also a fully trained GMC registered trainer for junior doctors and surgeons. I have been co-clinical director in the department of orthopaedics. I have been Education Lead, GMC registered trainer for junior doctors and surgeons.
