Chiropractor

Specialises in

I have been working as a senior Chiropractor across the Bristol clinics since 2014 where I have helped many of my patients with diverse musculoskeletal complaints. I also have a keen interest in ‘Ergonomics’ and ‘Health and wellbeing’ and have helped many organisations and workers with their welfare needs. I will continue to support individuals to prevent chronic musculoskeletal related conditions such as neck and back pain resulting from poor posture and ergonomics.

My aim for my patients is to provide them with the best available evidence-based chiropractic health care. I use specialised chiropractic treatments (joint manipulations and adjustments) to provide pain relief as well as safeguard patients' long-term health and wellbeing by optimising their overall function and performance through rehabilitative care (improving posture/alignment and strengthening de-conditioned muscles with exercise). Positive lifestyle choices and spinal check-ups are also encouraged to maintain good health.

I am also qualified in dry needling (acupuncture) which I find effective for patients that may suffer from more complicated pain patterns. I have a keen interest in treating sports injuries and have gained a qualification in kinesiology taping (fascial movement taping) and have attended further training courses on muscle testing and functional movement patterns which I find beneficial when treating sports injuries.

After completing four years of full-time education, I graduated from Welsh Institute of Chiropractic in 2014 with a distinction in Master of Chiropractic degree and was awarded ‘Excellence in Radiology’ award amongst my peers. I am also a qualified radiographer as well as a Lecturer at Cardiff University teaching Radiology and Functional Management.

My other interests include Neurology, Radiology, Geriatrics. I am committed to updating my knowledge with latest research and guidelines by attending regular postgraduate training courses both here and abroad. I am a member of the British Chiropractic Association and Royal College of Chiropractors.
