Professional profile:

Mr Al-Rawi is a Colorectal and General Surgeon. His main interest is the management of large bowel conditions both benign and cancer. Mr Al-Rawi has had an extensive higher specialist surgical training in the south west of England. He has attended advanced laparoscopic training courses / fellowships both nationally and internationally. 

Academically, he has published in many scientific journals and books. He has completed a doctoral degree (PhD) in the department of surgery, Cardiff University about investigating cancer spread to the lymphatic system.
