Mr David Robinson is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with a special interest in shoulder injuries and other related problems.
Mr Robinson was appointed as a Consultant in Worcestershire 18 years ago; during this time he has been pro-active in ensuring he has kept up-to-date with the latest procedures and technology attending regular courses and seminars.
When not in the hospital Mr R can be found enjoying the ‘good life’ outdoors; with a large garden to tend to along with dogs, horses and chickens there is always something to test his ‘orthopaedic’ skills on whether it be maintaining the stables, repairing the fencing or assessing the latest stiffness problems in his old horse!
Along with a very keen interest in all sports; in particular rugby, cricket, (although these days it is as a spectator rather than a participant) golf and skiing, he is well aware of the effects that ‘everyday’ stresses and strains can put on the shoulders; by listening and addressing individual patients’ problems and with the support of the other members of the Shoulder Clinic Team it is hoped that with the right course of action and treatment, patients can return to their normal daily routine and are able to participate in their chosen recreational activity however challenging!
