He advised I required an urgent CT scan. After contacting my insurers, I was telephoned by Spire South Bank Hospital on the following day and offered a scan on the Wednesday. Owing to prior commitments I was unable to accept that but the scan was fixed for Friday 5th September. I saw Mr. Rajjayabun the following Tuesday, 9th September and he was able to advise on surgery.
The whole process was dealt with by Spire efficiently and in a friendly manner which put both my wife and me at ease at what was a very stressful and worrying time. The staff I saw were both completely professional and very kind, understanding and “human” in their approach.
