At Spire South Bank Hospital Mr Moran offers consultations for all aspects of gynaecology (except colposcopy). He has a broad general training, but has undertaken specialist training in urogynaecology through a training/research fellowship in Melbourne, Australia. He was appointed to Worcestershire Royal Hospital in 2000 with a view to establishing a Urogynaecology Service. This service was one of the first to be nationally recognised for its quality and safety by external accreditation in 2011. He also continues also to run a general gynaecology clinic for other common gynaecology conditions (eg abnormal menstrual bleeding, pelvic pain and vulval conditions) through his NHS clinic in Evesham and at Spire Southbank.
From his clinic Mr Moran has direct access to adjunctive specialties such as radiology, physiotherapy and continence advisers. He offers full urodynamic assessment and performs regular flexible cystoscopy in the Spire Endoscopy Unit for the investigation of incontinence, recurrent UTI's and bladder pain issues as well as Botox injections for refractory overactive bladder symptoms.
Mr Moran offers a range of anti-incontinence procedures as well as abdominal and vaginal surgical approaches to treat primary through to complex recurrent pelvic prolapse problems.
He receives both secondary and tertiary referrals from around the Midlands.
