I am a General Surgeon with interest in Colorectal Surgery and Pelvic Floor Bowel Dysmotility. I am a fully accredited NHS Consultant Surgeon at the Worcestershire Royal Hospital. I have developed the Pelvic Floor Unit and am actively involved in management of colorectal cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, coloproctology, a part from general surgical conditions.
I graduated from Medical School Universitat Central of Barcelona. Between 2001-2005, I undertook a period of research in the Oxford Transplant Centre under the supervision of Professor Peter J Friend, helping to develop a system of normothermic liver perfusion to be used in liver transplantation.
I completed my higher surgical training in the Oxford Deanery and undertook a Pelvic Floor Fellowship in The Royal London Hospital.
