Professional profile:

After obtaining his medical and specialist degrees at the University of Cape Town, Mr Trevett did a Fellowship in Trauma and Joint Replacement Surgery at the Queen's Medical Centre, Nottingham.

Earlier trauma experience included 2 years Military Medicine & Surgery as well as working on the Gold Mines in South Africa.

Mr Trevett has been an Orthopaedic Consultant in Worcester since 1995. He specialised in foot and ankle problems as well as lower limb sports injuries and provieds the paediatric orthopaedic service in Worcester.

Mr Trevett has comprehensively audited his results in foot surgery, which have been published and presented at international meetings.

He is actively involved in training of junior doctors and orthopaedic surgeons of the future both in Worcester and nationally. He is on the AO International Trauma Course faculty and has been lecturing on the course annually since 1997.

Personal profile:
I am married with two children and live just outside Worcester. My interest include sport (rugby, cricket, football and skiing), reading and travel.
