Vascular diseases primarily affect the arteries and veins (vascular system). It is as prevalent as both cancer and heart disease and accounts for around 40% of deaths (200,000) in the UK. Many of these deaths are preventable.

Vascular problems affect a wide range of people, from those with diabetes to those with symptoms brought on by old age or genetic problems.

Once it is identified, vascular illnesses can be treated medically and surgically, as well as by lifestyle changes.

Mr Jacob has over 20 years’ experience of treating patients with common and more complex vascular diseases, both privately and in the NHS.
