Zowie Wild is a fully qualified and experienced Registered Dietitian. She graduated in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Honours Degree in Dietetics from Queen Margaret’s University she has a wealth of experience within the National Health Service (NHS) and private sectors practicing as a clinical and community registered dietitian.
“As a dietitian I focus on improving people’s health and well-being through prescriptive dietary means. The most rewarding part of my job is “knowing that I have a direct impact on improving people’s quality of life, health and self-esteem” Zowie’s main areas of interest include weight management, bariatric surgery, fertility, IBS, FODMAP’s dietary approach, general nutrition and health and sports nutrition.
She is registered with the Health Professions Council (HPC) and a full member of the British Dietetic Association (BDA), Gastroenterology specialist group (GSG), Food & intolerance Group (FAIG), Dietitians in Obesity Management (DOMUK), Sports Dietitians UK (SDUK) and the Freelance Dietitians (FDG) specialist groups of the BDA and is currently undertaking an MSc in Exercise & Nutrition.

Referrals can be received from insured patients (check with your insurance company first) and self-pay patients.
Free initial mini consultation call us for your free mini consultation, a brief telephone consultation to discuss which service is right you. This will take around 5 -10 minutes for further dietetic and nutritional services offered and for more information and prices or request on-line

Prior to your initial dietetic consultation you will be required to complete a Health & Nutrition questionnaire and complete our 3 day food record diary. It may be necessary to contact your doctor or your consultant prior to your consultation to clarify any issues or medical history, this will require your consent.
Initial consultation will take approximately 30 minutes to 60 minutes. It will usually consist of obtaining anthropometric data such as weight, height and your body mass index (BMI), waist circumference, nutritional intake and nutritional requirements, current and past medical, social history, goal setting and targets.
Follow up consultations will take 15-30 minutes and are required to monitor progress and re-set goals. Most people will require 1- 2 follow up consultations.
