Dr Naidoo is actively involved in teaching and training and is on the Education Board at St Mary's Hospital.  She runs several courses a year to train other consultants from the UK and Europe in out-patient hysteroscopic surgery as well as organising training courses in gynaecological ultrasouund scanning.

Dr Naidoo leads a clinic at St Mary's hopsital in Manchester for women who are experiencing problems after perineal trauma (bad tears) during childbirth. She has lectured widely on this service.  Dr Naidoo's research interest is the long term outcomes for women with these tears.
