Mr Repanosis an Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Consultant whose NHS base is the Queen Alexandra Hospital in Portsmouth, Hampshire. Mr Repanos qualified from Manchester Medical School in 1999 and then gained further surgical experience in the North West of England and Perth, Western Austraila before embarking on higher surgical training in the South West of England. He was awarded a fellowship grant by the Hospital Corporation of America and completed his training with a prestigious international Advanced Head and Neck surgery fellowship in Brisbane, Australia and then did further Head and Neck training in Bristol prior to taking up his consultant post in Portsmouth.
Mr Repanos is a specialist in Head and Neck surgery, and has a particular interest in minimally invasive laser surgery to the throat and snoring surgery. He has written over 20 peer reviewed publications and is actively involved in ongoing international head and neck research and is studying for a Masters degree in Aesthetic Surgery. He has been awarded numerous prizes and bursaries, is a reviewer for three medical journals and has given numerous national and international presentations.
Mr Repanos is the lead clinician involved in medical student education for the ENT department in Portsmouth.
