Patient feedback and complaints

We always like to know our patients are comfortable and well cared for. If you feel your hospital visit was a particularly positive experience, we would be delighted to hear from you. However, if you are unhappy with our facilities or service we want to know about it as soon as possible. We will then investigate the situation so that we can explain, apologise and take positive action where necessary.

Requesting a copy of your medical records

If you would like to obtain a copy of your medical records please write to the Medical Records Department at the Spire Healthcare Hospital where you were treated. Please state your full name, date of birth and address. If your address was different at the time of your treatment please advise us of this. Please also ensure your letter is signed using your usual signature as we will verify this against signatures in your patient record to confirm your identity.
