The worst part about being ill or injured is not knowing what’s wrong and how quickly you’ll be able to return to the activities you enjoy. The Parkway Orthopaedic Centre can provide rapid access to state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging for all private and insured patients. Whether your clinician believes an MRI (magnetic resonance imaging), CT (computerised tomography), X-ray or ultrasound would be most appropriate to support diagnosis – patients from all over the Midlands are able to take advantage of highly sophisticated technology within a comprehensive hospital setting.
Our qualified radiographers will guide you through the entire experience. Following your scan, a consultant radiologist will report their clinical findings to your referring consultant or GP.
The range of scanning capabilities at The Parkway Orthopaedic Centre ensure that any body area or structure, bone, soft tissue, veins and blood vessels can be scanned to investigate and determine whether further treatment or investigation is necessary.
As an integrated department within Spire Parkway Hospital, help is at hand should onward referral, treatment, surgery or advice be required following the results of your scan.
The information below tells you about some of the examinations we can provide for you and your family. It also explains how to access our service and receive your consultant report.
