I graduated in 1990 and proceeded to my Fellowship in foot surgery (podiatry) which I completed after a further 7 years of training within a centre of excellence for foot and ankle surgery in the UK. I was appointed as a Consultant Podiatric Surgeon in 2005.

I treat a number of foot conditions including disorders of the foot and ankle, flat foot (children and adults) and biomechanics.

I have published over 25 papers in the field of foot and ankle surgery. I am currently involved in doctoral level research at Manchester Metropolitan University, School of Biomedical Sciences.
