Dr Green is a consultant in acute medicine at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. He completed his higher specialist training in diabetes, endocrinology and general medicine at Bury St Edmunds and Cambridge. The majority of his clinical practice involves the acute diagnosis and treatment of general medical conditions. Dr Green is therefore well placed to treat medical and post-operative emergencies. He is also well placed to diagnose problems which don't fit easily into one organ system. He has broad knowledge of general medicine and specialist knowledge in the treatment of diabetes with a subspeciality interest in diabetic neuropathy and diabetic feet.
Dr Green's philosophy is to demystify patients' medical condition and actively involve them in their treatment decisions.
Dr Green is married with three sons and enjoys skiing and playing hockey.
