of our service

Many of our patients have had a very positive experience at our hospital, including the care they have received from our nursing staff, reassurance and assistance from our hostesses and administration staff along with the skill and experience of our consultants.

We would like to thank all of our patients who have taken the time to give us their feedback, with out your comments we would not be able to continually improve our services as we strive to be the best private provider of healthcare.

Following feedback from patients we have improved our menu choices and we now offer free Wi-Fi to all patients and visitors at our facility. Our feed back cards are handed to all patients on our wards and below are just some of the comments we have received.

To the Spire Manchester Hospital Nurses.  I would like to take this opportunity in thanking you all for your kindness and great care that I received from you all during my recent stay(s) in hospital.  I came to you very poorly in low spirits and very weak.  I left you much better and well on the way to recovery.  The wonderful care and kindness I received from you all was a great credit to your dedication and professionalism.  I would also like to thank the RMOs.  Finally, thank you to the wonderful team of Doctors Alistair Makin, Alan Li and Richard Montague who together have helped me so much in my recovery.

I attended at Spire Hospital as a day patient on 1 June 2016 for a caudal epidural. Not having undergone this procedure before I was extremely nervous and wasn't sure what to expect. Everything was fully explained before the procedure and I was put at ease every step of the way.
I would like to thank Mr Andrew Fitzgerald, theatre staff, ward nurse, porters and receptionists for looking after me so well. I would have no hesitation in recommending Spire Manchester. Keep up the excellent work.

My experience with Spire Manchester Hospital was amazing, from my first introduction to my consultant Mr Lavender through to the follow up care after surgery. As an ex nurse I am usually quite critical of health care, however Spire has really restored my faith in care services. The staff were all amazing and very competent, I felt completely confident to undergo surgery there.

Spire Manchester Hospital News & Events

30.11.2016 - We are holding a free, no obligation 3D virtual reality breast technology information evening for patients on Wednesday 30 November at 6.30pm with Mr Lambe.

07.07.2016 - Mr Chris Peach talks us through preventing upper limb tennis injuries. As we look forward to the Wimbledon final, the lucky few who will travel down to SW19 can dream of sunshine, strawberries and cream and enjoyable tennis, whilst the rest of the club tennis players are staying at home. For those who are continuing to play this summer, it may not be at the forefront of your minds to consider the frequency and burden of injury to the upper limb in what is a non-contact and leisurely pastime.
