Pilates is a body conditioning method that works in a different way to other fitness techniques. Targeting the deep postural muscles, Pilates works by building strength from the inside out, rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct alignment.
One-to-one sessions are also available, led by a physiotherapist and qualified APPI Pilates instructor.These sessions can also be shared by up to three people.
The cost is £40 for 30 minutes or £50 for 45 minutes. For groups of two or three the cost can be divided between you.

- Posture Strength
- Toning Problem areas
