Patrick or Paddy joined the Perform physiotherapy team at Spire Liverpool Hospital coming from a background of professional Rugby League where he had been first team physiotherapist and head academy physiotherapist at Warrington Wolves for the past two seasons.
He has a strong background in sport himself having competed at the highest level of Gaelic football. He graduated from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen in 2007 with a clinical excellence award.
Preceding his work in rugby league he forged a career in the NHS completing junior and senior rotations in a large teaching hospital in Liverpool. He has also worked at one of Ireland's leading sports medicine clinics.
Paddy is a member of the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Sport Medicine (ACPSM) and has qualifications in Acupuncture and Orthopaedic Medicine.
He specialises in post-operative rehabilitation and will be working closely with our sports medicine team to ensure the most efficient and successful treatment pathway and outcome for each client that utilises Perform Liverpool.
