Our carefully selected multi-disciplinary team includes Specialist Chartered Physiotherapists, Podiatrists, Nutritional Therapist and Sports Massage Therapist who all work along side Consultant sports medicine physicians and Orthopaedic Surgeons.

Physiotherapy at Perform has some of the most advanced technologies in the field of performance medicine.

Alter G

Alter G is an advanced anti-gravity treadmill that lowers a person's body weight to reduce impact on their lower body. It is used by many elite sporting teams and orthopaedic surgeons to help speed up recovery from injury and surgery.

Spire Little Aston Hospital is the only place in the West Midlands to have an Alter G that is available for public use.

Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (ESWT)

Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy is a treatment form that involves shock waves being passed through the skin to the injured part of the body. This prompts the body to respond naturally by increasing blood circulation, the number of blood vessells and therefore metabolism in the injured tissue, and accelerates the healing process. It is used to treat a range of injuries including tennis elbow and shoulder pain and heel pain.

Perform encompasses a full range of Physiotherapy services, podiatry, sports massage and nutritional therapy
