Patient Satisfaction Survey 2012 Results

Every year, Spire Healthcare carries out an independent survey to find out how patients think we are performing. In 2012 21,800 patients who had attended one of the 37 Spire Hospitals between 1 June and August 31 2012 were randomly selected, contacted by post and asked to complete a survey.

This is what patients from Spire Little Aston Hospital told us:

100% agree they were given enough privacy
99% rate the cleanliness of the hospital as 'excellent' or 'very good'
99% agree that they had confidence in their nurses
99% agree that they received the level of care and attention they wanted?
99% agree that they felt reassured and safe
99% agree the staff at the hospital went out of their way to make a difference
99% of patients agree that they were treated with respect
99% agree they were involved as much as they wanted to be in decisions
