I have been working in Leicester as a Consultant Urological Surgeon since 2008. I have a particular interestin Penile Cancer, Andrology (male sexual health) and penile implant surgery, Bladder Pain andIncontinence and Prostate Cancer Diagnosis using Transperineal Template Biopsies.
I am a General Urologist covering all aspects of diagnosis of urological and genitourinary disease. I have aparticular interest in Andrology (Male sexual health) and erection problems, Bladder Pain Syndrome(previously called Interstitial Cystitis), incontinence and urine infections. I also offer TransperinealTemplate Prostate Biopsy as part of prostate cancer diagnosis. I work as part of the specialist team treatingpenile cancer in Leicester taking referrals from across the Midlands.
I carry out over 1000 urological procedures per year.

I am a council member of the Urology Section of the Royal Society of Medicine. and am the curator of the Museum of Urology which is hosted by the British Association of Urological Surgeons (BAUS) (www.baus.org.uk/museum) and am also a sub-editor of the BAUS website.
I am an associate member of the History Committee of the European Association of Urology and an advisory Consultant to the Cystitis and Overactive Bladder Foundation (COB).(www.cobfoundation.org).
I am a peer reviwer for the following journals: European Urology, Annals of the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
