Dr Kadri completed his basic medical training in Scotland. He completed his Gastroenterology training from Cambridge in 2010 and had further training in Endoscopic Ultrasound and in advanced endoscopy at Nottingham. He visited Medical University of South Carolina as endoscopy fellow of British Society of Gastroenterology. Dr Kadri completed his three years of research and MD in 2010 from MRC at Cambridge. His work was on new screening test called ‘cytosponge test’ for a pre-cancerous condition called Barrett’s oesophagus.
Dr Kadri was as a Consultant Gastroenterologist at Luton and Dunstable University Hospital before moving to Leicester in 2012. He has specialist interests in Barrett’s Oesophagus, Reflux disease, Gastric problems, early cancers, Inflammatory Bowel Disease and Pancreatic and biliary diseases. Dr Kadri is an advanced endoscopist and is an expert in endoscopic ultrasound. He is continuing his research interests in early oesophageal, gastric and pancreatic cancers.

Endoscopies can be performed with sedation or under general anaesthethesia. The comfortable and tranquil outpatients area allow him to perform personal and in-depth consultations.
