I am a Consultant Surgeon who trained and qualified in Leeds. Most of my work at Spire involves laparoscopic surgery through small incisions. This is associated with a shorter recovery and more rapid return to normal activities.

I am keen to provide a patient-centred approach with treatment delivered in a timely and safe manner. I look forward to welcoming you to Spire Leeds in the outpatient clinic.

I obtained the final fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons in 2006. I followed the Yorkshire Higher Surgical Training Programme with specialist periods of training spent in Adelaide (South Australia), Tokyo (Japan), and Pittsburgh (USA).

I have been a specialist consultant surgeon at St James's University Hospital and Spire Leeds Hospital since 2008. I also perform major open surgery for cancer at St James's Hospital.
