In such a pivotal role, we want to ensure our patients receive the best quality of care, therefore, we offer a better patient to staff ratio in addition to administrative support. We pride ourselves on looking after you and with that, we offer exceptional learning and development opportunities for our colleagues.

The wide range of clinical procedures we practise means that you will be exposed to a diverse range of nursing specialisms, so your role with us will be dynamic, challenging and creative.

You will need to display patience, compassion and problem solving skills in providing expert care. Whilst experience is always welcomed, we do look to support newly qualified nurses as part of our multi-disciplinary teams.

In order to be considered for a role within Spire Healthcare, you must be NMC registered with BSc in Nursing.

Spire is a great place to develop your nursing career. We invest heavily in your training, and provide support on a continual basis to help you diversify your skills under expert clinical supervision and mentoring. In return for this, you will be expected to be hungry to learn and keen to share knowledge with your colleagues. Because of the wide range of clinical procedures and specialisms provided in our hospitals, no one day is likely to be the same.

We offer an excellent range of benefits, including free on-site parking for our staff. 35 days annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays, an excellent pension scheme and much more.
