Your responsibilities
We have an exciting opportunity for a customer focussed and commercially aware individual to lead and manage our busy theatre department comprising three theatres, 2 with laminar flow.
You will have proven experience of working in a senior theatre post, with a successful track record of delivering excellent customer service through the ability to lead by example. The main focus of this role is effective people management, theatre scheduling, contracts and consultant management and business development.
What we're looking for
• To be NMC/HPC registered
• The ability to lead,inspire and influence at all levels
• Management experience in a theatre setting
• Proven skills in financial and change management
• A working knowledge of all relevant standards and regulations
• The ability to meet targets and deadlines under pressure
• A willingness to develop your skills further
