Your responsibilities
As Supplies Co-ordinator, you will co-ordinate the ordering, receipt and delivery of healthcare consumables, prosthesis and non-consumable products to all Hospital departments. You will liaise with the Purchasing team and Regional Distribution Centre to ensure that appropriate products are available to enable efficient business operation. 
 
In addition, you will provide support for the Theatre Administrator when necessary.  Your theatre duties will include posting charges and inputting post operative data using our in house systems.
What we're looking for
  • You will ideally have experience in the field of healthcare supplies in the hospital environment, with knowledge of a range of healthcare products.
  • You should have excellent, customer service focused, interpersonal and communicative skills.
  • You should have good computer skills.
