This new commercially focused role has arisen following a restructure of the business. This is a key role which will help Spire South Bank Hospital, Worcester achieve their ambition of being the leading independent hospital in the region. Closely working with the Hospital Director and Head of Clinical Services, this position has a critical role to play in shaping and delivering short and long term business objectives.
Together with the other members of the management team, you will act as a change leader. You will be responsible for ensuring that all financial processes are effective, efficient and profit centered, undertaking projects to influence future performance. You will provide clear financial advice to the rest of the management team, and provide monthly accounts, forecasts and annual operating plans, together with supporting commentaries and variance analysis in order to guide the hospitals financial objectives.
