Ward Manager: Spire St Saviours' Hospital - Hythe, Kent

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced nurse with a sound background in clinical leadership.  Managing our inpatient ward you will ensure the nursing teams deliver effective patient care by providing exemplary clinical and managerial leadership.  You will seek to improve services and support the efficient use of resources.  

You will be responsible for the day to day management of the team whilst managing and developing individuals.  In liaison with the Nursing Services Manager and Matron you will strive to improve clinical effectiveness, acting as a role model in quality improvement offering advice and support to your team members.
