We should all have easy access to high standard care and leave medical appointments with clear understanding of our conditions, available options and have prompt management.
I graduated from the University of Ibadan Medical School, Nigeria in 1998. I had my postgraduate training in obstetrics and gynaecology both in Nigeria and the United Kingdom - the East Midlands Deanery. I worked as Locum consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist at Harrogate General Hospital between August 2013- May 2014 before being appointed as a consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist to York Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust since June 2014.
My NHS clinics in Scarborough, Whitby and Bridlington covers a wide range of general gynaecology and urogynaecology conditions such as vaginal prolapse, urinary incontinence, endometriosis and menstrual conditions. I am keen on day case surgeries.
My areas of special interest include urogynaecology, menstrual conditions and colposcopy.
