Dr Mehta sees children with all aspects of General Paediatric problems as well as looking after children with brain disorders.
Dr Mehta accept referral from GPs, allied health professionals such as physiotherapists and occupational therapist, self-referral from patients with a backup letter from GP to follow, other colleagues and medical professionals .
He graduated from Indore, India and completed his post-graduation degree in paediatrics from prestigious University of Bombay (Mumbai) and obtained his MD degree. He then moved to the UK and trained in number of UK centers including St Mary Hospital Manchester, Leeds General Infirmary and Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital before taking up the Consultant Paediatrician post at Hull Royal Infirmary.
Dr Mehta specialises in Paediatric neurology and neurodisability. He deals with all kinds of neurological problems in children, particularly problems of Headache, Funny turns, Epilepsy, Tic disorder and Tourette’s, Cerebral palsy, Movement disorder, Developmental delay and Neuromuscular disorders. In addition he has experience in managing general paediatric problems.
