Dr Mathew treats and manages all common health problems in children and specialises in Endocrinology and diabetes.He has over 30 years of experience working with children. He graduated from Delhi, India, where Dr Mathew obtained his MD in Paediatrics. He then moved to the UK and did his further training in South Wales before taking up the Consultant Paediatrician post at Hull Royal Infirmary.Dr Mathew specialises in Paediatric Endocrinology and Diabetes, whihc he has been practicing for the past 15 years. He deals with all kinds of endocrine problems in children, particularly problems of growth and puberty. In addition he has extensive experience in managing general paediatric problems.
Dr Mathew has a keen interest in sport and regularly plays badminton and crickets. His wife is a consultant pathologist, their Daughter a junior doctor and Son is in university. Dr Mathew spends his spare time gardening and doing DIY projects.
