- 8oz broth mix
- Chicken carcass *
- Assorted root veg (carrots, celery, onion etc) *
- Boil up chicken carcass in 3-4 pts of water for to hours remove carcass and pick the meat off
- Finely chop root vegetables and place into a pan with the broth mix then add the stock.
- Cook for 1 hour then add the pickings off the carcass
- Best served the next day
