6.45pm for a 7pm start
Is your eyesight not what it used to be? Are cataracts becoming a problem?
If you’re considering laser or lens surgery to correct your vision, join us at our free consultation evening at Spire Hartswood Hospital, Brentwood, where experienced ophthalmic surgeon Mr Russell Pearson will present on the treatments available to help you see the world the way you used to.
Mr Pearson will begin the evening with a short presentation on lens replacement surgery for vision correction or cataract removal. Following that, each guest will have the opportunity of a free private 10 minute consultation with Mr Pearson and specialist ophthalmic nurse Jenny Jones.
Mr Pearson uses monofocal, multifocal or varifocal lens implants to allow many patients significant independence from glasses. Because intra-ocular lenses are not affected by age-related changes, there is minimal risk of regression (deterioration of vision) over time so this is a great alternative to laser surgery, often giving more effective and longer-lasting results on older patients.
