I am a consultant gynaecologist with 25 years’ experience in this field. I am trained and specialise in urogynaecology (urinary problems and prolapse), laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgeries (key-hole surgeries) such as laparoscopic hysterectomy.

I have a keen interest in early pregnancy and gynaecology scanning and I am trainer for gynaecology ultrasound at King's College Hospital, London.

I have performed over 500 laparoscopic hysterectomies and over 1,000 abdominal/vaginal hysterectomies. I have also performed over 500 trans-vaginal sling operations for urinary incontinence and prolapse repairs.

I am Mentor for incontinence surgery (TVT/TVTO).

I am trainer for Ultrasonography at Kings College Hospital, London and Examiner for Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. I took part in a national health study for Endometrial Ablation Vs Laparoscopic subtotal hysterectomy for menorrhagia and have contributed to The Journal for Minimally Invasive Gynaecology, 44th AAGL Global Congress on minimally invasive gynaecology, 2015.

I completed my specialist gynaecological training rotation in the London Deanery and was appointed as a consultant at Basildon University Hospital in 2006. I welcome appropriate patients wishing to refer and pay for treatment themselves without the need for a GP letter of referral.
