Miss Sascha Dua is a consultant breast surgeon, specialising in oncoplastic, reconstructive and cosmetic breast surgery.
Sascha graduated at Guys and St Thomas’s hospitals in London and undertook her surgical training at central London teaching hospitals . She spent four of the last ten years of her training at the Royal Marsden Hospital in London. Whilst at The Marsden, Sascha conducted a world-leading research doctorate into the early diagnosis of breast cancer at the Breakthrough Breast Cancer laboratory at the Institute of Cancer Research, winning her the prestigious Ronald Raven prize at the Royal College of Surgeons.
Sascha Dua undertook one of nine national fellowships in oncoplastic surgery at Broomfield Hospital in Chelmsford, Essex, home of St Andrews, the UK’s largest plastic surgery centre. In addition, Sascha undertook specialist training in cosmetic breast surgery in London and Milan and is one of few breast surgeons in the UK with specialist cosmetic surgery training.
Sascha Dua is now a consultant breast and oncoplastic surgeon at Broomfield Hospital in Chelmsford, Essex. Her private practice is based at Spire Hartswood Hospital in Brentwood, Essex where she sees and treats women with breast disease and patients wanting cosmetic breast surgery to enhance their appearance and wellbeing.
