What is Podiatric Surgery? Podiatric Surgery involves surgical treatment of the foot and all related structures. Podiatric Surgery seeks to treat developed foot deformities, therefore reducing or eliminating pain, and improving mobility. Mr EJ Baldwin FCPodS, Mr. Baldwin has extensive experience in the field of foot surgery having been involved in Podiatric Surgery for over 28 years. He holds two NHS Consultant positions in South London and Surrey. Mr Baldwin is a highly experienced foot specialist, having performed over 17,000 foot and ankle procedures. He is also a registered surgical tutor, peer reviewer and examiner for the Faculty of Surgery, College of Podiatrists. Conditions treated include: Hallux valgus (bunions), hallux rigidus (Arthritic or stiff big toe), hammer toes, chronic corns, bony lumps, soft tissue lesions such as neuroma (enlarged painful nerve), flat feet.
