Gatwick Park's one stop breast clinic provides services to all women who would like to have a breast screening. It aims to reassure women with quick and easy screening checks that have minimal waiting times for results.
The breast service at Spire Gatwick Park Hospital is provided by a multidisciplinary team with over 20 years’ experience in the treatment of breast cancer. The team support and treat up to 300 women with breast cancer every year including those referred from breast screening programmes. The hospital has BUPA accreditation for breast cancer services

Our specialists are all members of the Surrey, West Sussex & Hampshire (SWISH) Cancer Network, established to ensure consistently high standards in the treatment of cancer. The team undergoes regular peer review.
What is the experience of the surgeons on the breast team?
The surgical oncologists at Spire Gatwick Park Hospital have trained at major UK centres including St Thomas’ Hospital and The Royal Marsden Hospitals, with further specialist training in the USA and Europe. They have held teaching appointments at St Thomas’ Hospital, are currently recognised surgical trainers in the UK, and hold annual training courses on behalf of the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
Will I get a rapid diagnosis at Spire Gatwick Park Hospital?
All the tests you need (triple assessment) are usually completed at your first outpatient visit, and you can often get results that same day. Examination might include ultrasound of the nodes in the armpit/under the arm and MRI scanning, which is available on site.
Is breast reconstruction available at Spire Gatwick Park Hospital?
Spire Gatwick Park is unusual in London, Surrey and Sussex in offering a fully comprehensive range of oncoplastic and reconstructive breast surgery, including therapeutic mammoplasty procedures and immediate breast reconstruction. The team also has ten years’ experience in sentinel lymph node biopsy.
