Victoria Walmsley is a specialist Physiotherapist in Women's Health and more recently extended her practice to treat men’s health problems. Victoria qualified from Bradford University in 2002 thereafter gaining a wide range of Physiotherapy experience in musculoskeletal outpatients, medicine, intensive care, orthopaedics and paediatrics. She has extended her knowledge doing specific training courses with the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Women's Health (ACPWH) for bladder and bowel disorders.
She offers progressive pelvic floor muscle re-training (EMG biofeedback and muscle stimulation when required). She also offers bladder training for overactive bladder and safe rehabilitation following prostrate surgery or urology procedures and treatment for constipation, prolapse and incontinence.
She is committed to her patients & always provides the best quality of care. She feels strongly that patients should be provided with a full explanation of all treatment options and that their involvement in the decision making process is central to a successful outcome in physiotherapy.
