Mr Tarek Saleh

I am a full-time Consultant Ophthalmologist at Blackpool Victoria Hospital. I provide glaucoma services as well as comprehensive ophthalmology. I perform small incision phacoemulsification cataract surgery with intraocular lens implantation. I perform surgery for glaucoma such as enhanced Trabeculectomy, SLT laser and Cyclodiode laser treatment.

I have wide experience in general ophthalmology and treat patients with various eye problems such as dry eyes, external ocular diseases, ocular trauma, uveitis, diabetic eye disease and neuro-ophthalmic disorders.

I had advanced training in glaucoma at Bristol Eye Hospital and am involved in teaching, training and research. I have published several articles in peer reviewed ophthalmic journals and keep my skills and knowledge up-to-date by regularly attending national and international conferences.
