I am a well trained general, breast and endocrine surgeon. My general surgical training spanned the specialities of breast, endocrine, laparoscopic surgery, hernia repairs and paediatric surgery. I undertook my post graduate training in the northwest region working in Manchester children hospital, Bolton general hospital and Blackpool Victoria Hospital, also in Yeovil Hospital, Somerset. Since 2002 I have been working as a locum consultant, general breast and endocrine surgeon. Now I am the clinical lead for the breast unit at Victoria Hospital. My clinical and surgical expertise involves breast cancer surgery, paediatric surgery and minimally invasive parathyroid and thyroid surgery. In addition I perform most kind of general surgical procedures including laparoscopic surgery.
I am happily married and have one son. Our son is a keen cricketer, whom I enjoy watching play.
