Background Information 
Professional profile:
I completed my undergraduate and basic surgical training at Leicester University Hospitals. I was appointed as SPR in 1998 to Guy's and St Thomas. I undertook a six year training programme which included six months at Great Ormond Street Hospital and a dedicated paediatric attachment at Guy's and St Thomas. I received comprehensive ENT training throughout the region of South East Thames and completed a three month head and neck fellowship at the University Hospital Zurich. I was appointed a consultant to Mid-Yorks NHS Trust in April 2005 where I undertake general ENT and sub-specialise in paediatrics and functional rhinology.
