Professional profile:

Since qualifying I have undertaken several posts in the Yorkshire area. I was appointed Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at Mid Yorkshire NHS Trust in February 2010.  I have a special interest in foot and ankle surgery and sports medicine, and have many publications regarding the subjects.  I take an active role in teaching and research within the trust, and continuous audit.

Personal profile:

I have a continuing interest in anything to do with sport including tennis, triathlon, cycling, running, swimming, skiing and fishing.  I like to travel and enjoy gardening and writing children’s stories in my spare time.
I also enjoy languages and speak German, English and French and basic Italian.
