Darren Tait is a fully qualified therapist and established Tait Therapies in 2009 to offer a mobile service to clubs, groups and individuals throughout Fife and the Lothians. Treatments available include massage therapy, which can be used to help treat back disorders, tension and scar tissue, and reflexology, which can be used as therapy for sleep disorders, relaxation and to promote wellbeing.
