Mr Habib Ellamushi is a Consultant Neurosurgeon at Royal London and St Bartholomew's hospitals and Honorary Senior Lecturer at Queen Mary's Medical School, University of London. He is the lead for minimal access spinal surgery.
Mr Ellamushi teaches and lectures both nationally and internationally and has over 40 key publications and book chapters in the field of neurosurgery.
Mr Ellamushi trained in general surgery in Glasgow and in neurosurgery in London (at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, St Bartholomew's and The Royal London Hospitals, and also Charing Cross Hospital).
He has been awarded several fellowships in neurosurgery, including international ones in spinal and cranial neurosurgery from Philadelphia, Toronto and France. He is also a previous winner of the prestigious Cutler surgery prize.
