Mo completed his general dental and medical training at The Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel. He has been a consultant at the Royal Berkshire and Battle Hospitals for 11 years. Prior to this appointment he held a Senior Registrar and lecturer post at Kings College Hospital, London.

Professional interests include maxillofacial reconstruction post trauma and resection for cancer, general and facial aesthetic surgery.

In addition to his clinical caseload, Mo is the Regional Faculty Advisor in Maxillofacial Surgery, Regional Training Programme Director for the Speciality and the Director of the Head and Neck Unit at the Royal Berkshire Hospital, Reading.

He co-edited the speciality textbook 'Operative Maxillofacial Surgery'
