I trained at Moorfields Eye and The Western Eye Hospitals in London, where I gained experience in all the major ophthalmic subspecialties.I have completed a fellowship in corneal, cataract and external eye disease and I am familiar with surgical and laser treatments of complex cataract, corneal, conjunctival and refractive eye problems.I am particularly interested in the visual outcomes of cataract surgery and have researched into the use of mutlifocal and intra-ocular lenses following cataract surgery.
I run the corneal subspecialty service across the region, with clinics and operating at both The Royal Berkshire Hospital, Reading and the Oxford Eye Hospital. I also have general ophthalmic clincs both in Newbury and Wallingford.
