Professional Profile:
Helen obtained her physiotherapy qualification from Sheffield City Polytechnic in 1986. She started her career as a junior physiotherapist at Cheltenham General Hospital, but soon moved down to London where she spent the next 5 years gaining experience in all aspects of physiotherapy. In 1992 she moved with her family to the United States where she spent the next 18 months working as an inpatient physiotherapist in North Carolina. Upon her return to the UK in 1994, Helen joined the physio team here at Dunedin where she works providing physiotherapy to our in patients. She also has a special interest in women’s health and sees these patients in our out-patient department.
