Physio appointments are available by contacting the department directly or by referral through your GP or Consultant.

GP referral is encouraged but not essential. You may simply call the physiotherapy department at Spire Clare Park Hospital on 01252 895426 and we will arrange a clinical assessment for you. However, if you are claiming on your insurance, a GP referral is usually required.
Spire Clare Park Hospital, Farnham, is open to all, not just those with private medical insurance. If you are not insured, please contact the department and we will be happy to provide you with a cost for treatment.
We work with all major medical insurance providers and most schemes now include physiotherapy as part of an outpatient allowance. However please check with your insurer.
When calling to make a physiotherapy appointment, please make sure you have the following information available:
- GP's name and address
- Credit card details
- Insurance company name, scheme name and policy number
